Which Relative Can Showcase Funds for Your Australia Study Visa?

In order to meet the financial requirements for an Australian student visa, the student or their sponsor must demonstrate that they have sufficient funds to cover the costs of studying and living in Australia. The following relatives can provide financial support as sponsors for an Australian student visa:

  1. Parents
  2. Grandparents
  3. Legal guardians
  4. Brother or sister (who are at least 18 years old and are not dependent on the student)
  5. Aunt or uncle (who are Australian citizens or permanent residents)

It’s important to note that the sponsor must provide evidence of their financial capacity, such as bank statements, tax returns, or other financial documents, to prove that they can support the student’s education and living expenses in Australia.
