    Eligibility criteria

    Age:
    You must be under 45 years old

    English language proficiency:
    You must demonstrate competent English language skills

    Occupation:
    Your occupation must be on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) or the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL)

    Skills assessment:
    You must have a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority in your occupation

    Points test:
    You must score at least 65 points on the points test, which takes into account factors such as age, English language proficiency, education, work experience, and other factors

    Application process
    1. Skill Assessment of application through assessment agency
    2. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect
    3. Wait for an invitation to apply for the visa from the Department of Home Affairs
    4. Lodge your visa application within 60 days of receiving the invitation

    Application process
