Please note that the consultant will provide the customer with information regarding the current estimated processing time for obtaining a visa in the selected immigration category. However, it should be understood that the consultant and their team cannot be held responsible for any delays that may arise due to a backlog of cases or any other unforeseen delays caused by the immigration authorities.

While the consultant and their associates will make every effort to expedite the process and achieve the desired objectives promptly, it is important to acknowledge that they cannot be held accountable for any delays encountered during the procedure. It should be noted that the terms of the agreement are not contingent on a specific timeline.
