You must be under 45 years old
English language proficiency:
You must demonstrate competent English language skills
Occupation:
Your occupation must be on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) or the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL)
Skills assessment:
You must have a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority in your occupation
Points test:
You must score at least 65 points on the points test, which takes into account factors such as age, English language proficiency, education, work experience, and other factors
Application process
- Skill Assessment of application through assessment agency
- Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect
- Wait for an invitation to apply for the visa from the Department of Home Affairs
- Lodge your visa application within 60 days of receiving the invitation
